Education
Dr. Fleming is certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery. His practice encompasses a wide variety of plastic surgery procedures including cosmetic surgery and hand surgery. Dr. Fleming earned his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical School in Houston. He then performed a six year residency in General Surgery at the Yale University School of Medicine Affiliated Hospital System. Dr. Fleming underwent his Plastic Surgery training at McGill University in Montreal. This was followed by a fellowship in Hand Surgery in Phoenix, Arizona.

KelliLicensed Aesthetician
Kelli is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician who specializes in chemical peels and facials particularly to newer clients unfamiliar with the benefits of enhanced skin care. Kelli has assisted a number of physicians in a wide variety of medical settings from orthopedics to OB/GYN. She values helping people understand how to maintain a practical, cost-effective and personalized skin care regimen that can be easily followed and has long term results. Kelli works closely with Stacey Lemire PA-C, for guidance as well as pre and post procedure care. When not at the office Kelli enjoys traveling with her husband, gardening, and cooking with accidental success.
MelanieOffice Manager
Melanie is Kadlec Clinic Plastic Surgery’s office manager. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinic with an infectious enthusiasm for teamwork and customer service. Melanie is very passionate about working with a team dedicated to outstanding customer service and ensuring the patients’ needs always come first. She enjoys the challenges of building a high quality plastic surgery practice and enjoys pitching in to help guide our patients though their journey with us. Melanie believes that developing long-term relationships is the highest priority with our patients. When not at the office you will find her at the dog park with her very energetic unruly dog, Crash.
MelissaPatient Coordinator
Melissa is Kadlec Clinic Plastic Surgery’s Patient Coordinator. Melissa has extensive knowledge in plastic surgery and will help coordinate your initial consultation, preoperative appointments, and postoperative visits. She takes pride in creating long term relationships with more than eight years of experience dedicated to ensuring patient satisfaction. Melissa's commitment to excellence is reflected in Kadlec Clinic Plastic Surgery’s goal of providing you with unparalleled customer service. When not at the office Melissa enjoys shopping, getting together with friends and spending her time trying to keep up with her two active children.
LizCNA
Liz is a certified nursing assistant with over seven years experience in the medical field. She helps patients transition through their visit at the office by greeting them after arrival, bringing patients to their appointment room and helping to make them feel comfortable with the process of the appointment. She also assists Stacey in minor surgical procedures and fills in anywhere she can. Liz really helps the flow of the office and values being there to meet the patient’s needs and having an impact in their lives. When not at the office, Liz is pursuing her RN license and enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband and three adorable children.
